Over the past 25 years, Denyelle Bruno has operated and scaled some of the most complex, multi-unit service businesses in the country, holding full P&L responsibility for organizations generating up to $300 million in revenue and employing thousands of team members.

She has led turnarounds of bankrupt companies, rebuilt declining private-equity-backed brands, improved 4-wall margins by as much as 3,000 basis points, opened more than 100 locations across multiple concepts, and implemented enterprise-level systems spanning labor, inventory, POS, merchandising, loyalty, and analytics.

Denyelle was part of the founding team that built Apple Retail. She later led the turnaround of Pure Beauty, guiding the company from bankruptcy to a successful sale to Regis. She then held senior leadership roles at Peet's Coffee, contributing to the performance that led to its acquisition by JAB Holding Company. She later helped transform Drybar from a small unprofitable business into a profitable national brand, stabilized and repositioned Tender Greens, and served as CEO and Board Member of Pet Food Express.

Her career has centered on one core principle: building scalable operating systems that create durable enterprise value.
